Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
